Otto Playback Director PC client software - 7/16/2007
This is the latest version of the PC software.
You can check your software to see its version.
From the main Otto Playback Director menu, choose "Configure;" from the Configure menu,
choose "About."
This displays the installed software versions.
If your Configure menu does not have an "About" choice, it is older than April 2007.)
Note: updating the client also requires the latest firmware, below.

Otto firmware for the Otto system hardware - 7/16/2007
This is the software that runs inside the Otto playback hardware.
You can check your current firmware version, and upload new firmware, from the Playback Explorer software.
To check: Log in to your Otto playback hardware.
The version is displayed on the "General" tab.
To update: While logged in, choose "Tools:Update" and select the firmware file.
Important: when you update your firmware, the Otto hardware will restart,
stopping the current playback.
For this reason you should only perform a firmware update at a time when your Otto is not "live"
or will not be noticed.
